Villa in the cozy holiday park Domaine Les Rives des l'Ardèche for eight people with a private pool. There are around 100 holiday villas in the holiday park, the guests can make free use of the tennis courts and the communal swimming pool.

This spacious and tastefully furnished villa with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is situated at the beginning of the luxurious villa park. The villa and garden offer privacy, a lovely private swimming pool, a covered terrace to enjoy a good book and a glass of wine. The living room with separate sitting and dining area and a spacious open kitchen offer plenty of options and space to enjoy with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, fridge with a freezer and microwave/oven.

There are 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor. The villa has two bathrooms, one on the ground floor (bath + shower in bath) and one on the first floor (shower). There are also 2 double bedrooms on this floor. The beds are made for you on arrival.

From the villa, you walk through the patio doors into your garden where you can enjoy the outdoors under the spacious covered terrace with patio furniture. The private pool in the garden is equipped with a cover to keep the heat as much as possible. The private pool is available from April to October.

The villa also has a washing machine, dryer, air conditioning in the bedrooms.
