Quinta Joao is a charming country villa situated in quiet surroundings far from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist attractions in Algarve. Nevertheless, situated in an Algarve like you have never seen! The villa has 2 hectares of land, giving you plenty of room to walk around and where you will find a huge 13m x 5m heated swimming pool, an outdoor dining table and lounge, and further down the garden is a floodlit tennis court. As you walk up to the house, you will see a modernly furnished house spread over 2 floors. With 4 spacious bedrooms, large living rooms with up to date furniture and appliances, this holiday home has plenty of charm while retaining much of the Portuguese traditional architecture.
The surroundings show a different Algarve, nevertheless a spectacular place to stay in touch with nature, as Ria Formosa Natural Reserve stretches for 60 km and allows us to see some wildlife but also spend some quality time on soft white sand beaches almost untouched by tourism.

Ground floor: Spacious kitchen with professional gas cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, toaster, espresso machine, kettle and air conditioning. Living room and dining room in open space opening onto a terrace and the garden, 1 sofa bed, air conditioning and fireplace. Master bedroom with double bed 1.8 m x 2 m, air conditioning, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. 1 suite with double bed 1.4 m x 2 m, equipped with air conditioning, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. 1 bedroom with bunk bed 0.9 m x 2 m, fitted with air conditioning, only suitable for kids. Separate bathroom with walk-in shower.

First floor: There is a bedroom with double bed 1.6 m x 2 m, equipped with air conditioning and a small balcony.

Outside: A private heated swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers. There is an outdoor shower, barbecue, garden furniture and a floodlit tennis court.
