The villa is located in a luxurious area a short distance from the picturesque village of Carvoeiro. There are some restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance of the villa. The beautiful cliffs for which the Algarve is known are also within easy reach.
The villa offers an attractive atmosphere of coming home and the spacious, well-kept garden offers plenty of privacy. The large swimming pool is perfect for cooling off in the hot summer. A new covered lounge set has been placed on the terrace, so that you can relax.

Downstairs: hall, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and oven, Nespresso machine, milk frother, etc, guest toilet, living room, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, access to a large terrace and another roof terrace.

- Bedroom 1: double bed with air conditioning, can also be made into 2 single beds on request + bathroom
- Bedroom 2: double bed with air conditioning , can also be made into 2 single beds on request
- Bedroom 3: double bed with air conditioning, can also be made into 2 single beds on request
Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom together.
- Bedroom 4: double bed with fans + bathroom

Bedrooms upstairs:
- Bedroom 5: double bed, can also be made into 2 single beds on request.
- Bedroom 6: double bed, can also be made into 2 single beds on request, plus a big sofa bed available for 2 persons on request
