GUEST REGULATIONS

Traffic / Parking
The french road and traffic legislation apply to the Domaine. In addition, in the park: The maximum speed is 30 km per hour. Especially in the high season, an adjusted lower speed is required, please be responsible. Your car must be parked in the private parking space at your villa. It is not allowed to park on the road. This ensures an unhindered passage for other cars. It is also possible to park cars at one of the communal parking spaces. It is not allowed to park a trailer, other than a small luggage cart, at the villa. It is not permitted to carry out repairs on motor vehicles at the Domaine or at the villas.

Caravans, campers, camping equipment
It is not allowed to park or place caravans, campers, boats-on-trailer and tents on the Domaine (fold). The parking of the aforementioned goods in the parking lot at the villa is not allowed, nor is it allowed to stay in a tent at the villa. There are various possibilities to store these funds (for a fee) in the immediate vicinity of the Domaine.

Nuisance
Prevent noise and odor nuisance for your environment. Sounds from, for example, radios, TVs and other (portable) equipment may not be audible outside the plot of your villa. So no loud music in the garden or with open doors and windows. In any case, be extra careful between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.. The use of drones or other model aircraft is not permitted above the territory of the Domaine. It is not allowed to leave or place any dirt or food or garbage bags outside the villa (house). This because of hygiene, odor nuisance and because of the presence of the local fauna (foxes / boars).

Safety, fire, barbecue
It can be very dry in our environment. In connection with fire danger, there is a municipal regulation that prohibits open fire (including a coal barbecue). The use of a fire basket is also prohibited. For the safety of all attendees, the possession and keeping of objects that are dangerous to safety and health, open fire, machines or devices, are not allowed.

Water
The Ardèche regularly has a drinking water shortage. Government regulations can restrict the use of drinking water for garden, (inflatable) swimming pool and car wash. More information can be found at the reception. The water is very expensive, a conscious and sensible use is necessary.

Pets
Pets (for example dogs) must not run outside their own (private) grounds and must be kept on a leash when they are out. The feces of the domestic animals must be picked up and disposed of. Dogs are not allowed on the communal pool terrace, the playground and on the sports fields.

Facilities
The use of all facilities of the Domaine is at your own risk. The use of all facilities is expressly reserved only for owners and guests of owners (tenants). Other visitors may be denied by management or requested to remove themselves. With regard to the use of all facilities, instructions from the manager must at all times be followed. Facilities should only be used for the purpose for which they were made, for example climbing on targets or in fences is not permitted. Damage caused by intent, improper use and / or recklessness will be recovered from the perpetrator. In all facilities, parents are expected to supervise their children for safety and behavior.

Garbage (Poubelle)
The poubelle is located close the Domaine: on the D579 in the direction of Vallon Pont d´Arc, by the roundabout Le Tilleul, between the bakery Au Pain Chaud and the LIDL. There are multiple garbage bins for separate waste collection. Waste must be separated and then deposited in the appropriate containers, for example glass in the glass container, packaging materials in the yellow container. Of course, you may use every garbage station in the surrounding area.

Swimming pool
The use of the footbath and the shower is mandatory. Within the fences of the swimming pool the following items are forbidden: (French legislation / safety considerations).
    - alcoholic beverages and other food and beverages
    - glassware
    - pets
    - to dive
    - balls
    - shoes
    - music devices

There is no supervision: Parents are explicitly expected to supervise their children. Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Children who are not yet clean should wear a swim diaper at all times. Other and / or additional regulations regarding swimming pool use are indicated at the swimming pool (sign at entrance) with due regard for the provisions of French law. The swimming pool is open from 1 May to 1 October. For July and August the times are from 8 am to 8 pm. Other times may vary depending on weather conditions; different opening times will be indicated at the swimming pool.

Tennis courts
The tennis courts are accessible between 8 am and 8 pm and use is only allowed by owners and guests of owners (tenants). Deviating times will be indicated at the pool.
The following rules apply for use:
- Reservation is not necessary. Changing the court must be done in good harmony between players.
- Only enter tennis courts with tennis shoes
- It is not allowed to carry glassware inside the fences
- Waste must be taken away when leaving the court
- The administrator decides in disputes or unforeseen situations.

Playfields
In the high season, an organized activity is regularly held on site, more information can be obtained from the reception. Furthermore, the field is free to use by owners and guests of owners (tenants), but with due observance of the rules concerning (noise). It is not allowed to enter the field with glassware, also the wearing of damaging footwear is not allowed.

Jeu de boules
A tournament is organized regularly in high season, more information at the reception.

Order and cleanliness
In the context of the good appearance of our Domaine, the hanging of laundry is only allowed in a concealed place (not visible from the common road). This also applies to separate antennas or satellite dishes. The placing of containers is not permitted.

Good neighborliness
"Un bon voisin" We value the harmonious character, the pleasant ambience and the well-kept atmosphere of this neighborhood with the friendly and lively atmosphere around the reception building and the soothing peace and quiet around the villas. To keep this for everyone, it is important that you comply with the rules of these regulations, with one thing first: We treat each other as "Bon Voisin" (a good neighbor). We do this by preventing inconvenience, by being in our behavior and by caring for your immediate surroundings and the environment.

Special points of attention:
Hatches: In our region it can blow hard, also unexpectedly. That is why we ask you to be attentive to always carefully securing the window shutters, both in the open position with the wall mounting and in the (semi) closed position with the closure on the shutters themselves. This prevents damage to both hatches and fasteners.
Toilet: Because of the damaged area our sewer works with pumps. In order to guarantee the optimum effect, we urgently ask you not to wash a sanitary napkin, diapers etc. through the toilet.
